While assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, the position also organizes, processes, verifies, and maintains personnel documentation including staffing, training, and classification records. The position also serves as the department’s designated talent acquisition surge capacity, cross-trained in sourcing and initial candidate screening, and shifts into recruiting support when hiring volume is heavy before returning to core human resources work as volume lightens.
