Own CI/CD pipelines, installers, infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment reliability for an offline defense software platform. Responsibilities include supporting Linux and Windows, securing the software supply chain, hardening APIs and update servers, managing Windows services, maintaining on-premises infrastructure, building tooling in Python, Rust, and shell or PowerShell, supporting incident response, and documenting solutions. The role also involves migrating infrastructure from cloud rentals to company-operated hardware.

The People Ops Specialist is responsible for managing HR processes, onboarding, and improving workflows using HR tools and automation. They support employees with queries and ensure compliance with policies.

Build, assemble, configure, test, and maintain unmanned aerial systems, integrating airframes, electronics, sensors, avionics, and flight software. Diagnose vehicle and platform issues, support repairs, conduct flight tests, and validate mission-critical systems. Collaborate with software engineers, defense experts, and operations teams while developing expertise in MAVLink, PX4, ArduPilot, drone operations, CAD, embedded software, and field deployment.

Provide first-line user support, manage onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day IT issues, assist senior sysadmin with server and infrastructure maintenance, triage security alerts, and participate hands-on in a cloud-to-on-premise migration while proposing and implementing improvements.

Own and grow partnerships with Ukrainian drone manufacturers and defense firms, sign commercial agreements and MOUs, develop a go-to-market strategy, represent Intelic at events, feed market intelligence into product, coordinate with commercial leadership, and contribute to proposals and partner documentation.
