Design and build a Rust backend platform that abstracts hardware communication for cameras, gimbals, servos, and other drone components. Define integration APIs, enable partners to develop drivers, plan scalable system modules, and create comprehensive unit, integration, and simulated-hardware tests. Responsibilities include supporting Linux and Windows, securing the software supply chain, hardening APIs and update servers, managing Windows services, maintaining on-premises infrastructure, building tooling in Python, Rust, and shell or PowerShell, supporting incident response, and documenting solutions. The role also involves migrating infrastructure from cloud rentals to company-operated hardware.

The People Ops Specialist is responsible for managing HR processes, onboarding, and improving workflows using HR tools and automation. They support employees with queries and ensure compliance with policies.

Provide first-line user support, manage onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day IT issues, assist senior sysadmin with server and infrastructure maintenance, triage security alerts, and participate hands-on in a cloud-to-on-premise migration while proposing and implementing improvements.
