The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, planning, and treasury operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic financial insights to support the company's growth.

Run day-to-day finance for the Dutch entity: bookkeeping and reconciliations in Exact Online, invoicing/payments, VAT filings, monthly close, payroll coordination, and liaising with external accountants. Improve and automate processes, and begin budgeting, forecasting and management reporting as the company scales.

The Head of People will lead the HR team, enhance people processes, oversee operations, and ensure organizational culture is upheld while aligning teams across locations.
