Provides technical support for Nexus drone software users through remote troubleshooting, installation, configuration, connectivity diagnostics, ticket management, bug reproduction, release testing, and onboarding. Escalates well-documented defects to development, maintains a Ukrainian-language knowledge base, tracks issues through resolution, identifies recurring problems, and occasionally supports users on site across Ukraine. The role includes irregular on-call or weekend duties on rotation.

Design and build a Rust backend platform that abstracts hardware communication for cameras, gimbals, servos, and other drone components. Define integration APIs, enable partners to develop drivers, plan scalable system modules, and create comprehensive unit, integration, and simulated-hardware tests. Collaborate directly with robotics and other engineering teams, help establish the platform and team, and later contribute to the wider vehicle and flight platform.

Configure, integrate, test, tune, and maintain UAV flight systems using PX4 and ArduPilot. Integrate telemetry, video links, onboard networks, GPS, cameras, LiDAR, and companion computers. Conduct flight validation, field testing, troubleshooting, and log analysis in operational environments. Provide technical support to military and technical partners, diagnose hardware, software, networking, and communications issues, and document field learnings for continuous improvement.
