Lead revenue recognition and cost of revenue accounting for Health and Life businesses ensuring ASC 606 compliance, oversee LTV calculations, month-end close, financial disclosures, ICFR/SOX controls, audits, cross-functional alignment, process improvements, and staff coaching.

Lead and manage the insurance recruiting team, own key requisitions, and drive recruiting KPIs. Partner with hiring managers, monitor metrics, implement data-driven strategies, ensure compliance, and provide regular reporting and talent-advisory support to business leaders.

Provide commercial and transactional legal support for Integrity Wealth, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, managing advisor and client transitions, coordinating with compliance and regulatory teams, overseeing external counsel and E&O insurance, and supporting litigation, arbitration, and risk management efforts.

Serve as primary liaison between agents, Agent Pipeline, and carriers. Build and maintain relationships, troubleshoot and resolve agent issues, guide agents through contracting and carrier portals, handle escalations, document interactions, conduct scheduled outreach, and continuously improve service delivery to drive agent satisfaction and loyalty.
