Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative support: answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail, supplies, equipment maintenance, filing, scheduling, data entry, customer service, and support leadership and branch operations.

Lead and manage onshore and offshore accounting teams, oversee month-end close, review Blackline reconciliations, perform variance analysis, support audits, drive process improvements, and handle complex accounting projects while mentoring staff.

Facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum/Kanban, remove impediments, coordinate delivery across teams, track risks and metrics, align capacity to roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to improve predictability and throughput.
