Process and audit commission statements and payouts, recalculate and clear batch exceptions, update systems, respond to and resolve commission service tickets, maintain low audit error rates, and follow departmental policies to ensure timely payments to agents and agencies.

Supports company-wide administrative operations through filing, data entry, retirement transaction processing, disclosure and account statement maintenance, software updates, mail and inbox management, recordkeeping, office supply inventory, and recurring administrative tasks. Assists leaders with employee events and meetings while maintaining accurate systems documentation. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as primary liaison between agents, carriers, and Agent Pipeline to resolve and prevent issues, build relationships, de-escalate concerns, guide agents through contracting/certification/portals, ensure documentation and timely outreach, and provide high-touch customer service to drive agent satisfaction and loyalty.
