Coordinates enrollment of providers and provider groups with government and commercial payers across multiple states. Maintains CAQH profiles, submits and tracks applications, follows up with payers, resolves enrollment-related claim issues, manages held accounts receivable, updates databases and Excel reports, and supports revalidations and re-enrollments. Requires detailed communication with clinicians, payers, billing partners, and internal teams while meeting enrollment deadlines and performance standards.

Manage high-volume clinician employment and independent contractor agreements from initial request through execution. Draft and review contracts, amendments, exhibits, and termination letters; maintain contract systems, records, templates, and workflows; coordinate approvals and signatures; track renewals and terminations; conduct audits; resolve issues; and support compliance with contracting policies and service-level expectations.

Process physician and clinician payrolls using UKG Pro: gather rates, hours, RVUs; reconcile and calculate totals; enter payroll data; submit pre-processing journals; ensure federal/state compliance; maintain records; respond to payroll inquiries; coordinate with HR and other departments; produce special reports; maintain confidentiality.

Manage end-to-end physician and APP recruiting for partner hospitals: source passive candidates, maintain ATS, coordinate interviews/credentialing, negotiate offers, support relocation, represent IES at events, and build pipelines for Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and Anesthesiology roles.
