Leads treasury operations across multiple healthcare entities, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, payment execution, intercompany funding, reconciliations, fraud prevention, and treasury controls. Advises executive leadership on liquidity risks and funding needs, oversees treasury systems and process improvements, supports audits and lender reporting, and coordinates cross-functional work with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Payroll, and other stakeholders.

Lead physician and advanced practice provider recruiting across assigned markets and hospital sites. Supervise, train, and mentor recruiters; manage recruiting strategies, sourcing, dashboards, performance reporting, process improvements, compensation plans, budgets, and Salesforce licenses. Maintain a personal requisition workload, coordinate credentialing and staffing timelines, and support recruitment events, client visits, and new-business startups.

Manage end-to-end physician and APP recruiting for partner hospitals: source passive candidates, maintain ATS, coordinate interviews/credentialing, negotiate offers, support relocation, represent IES at events, and build pipelines for Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and Anesthesiology roles.
