Responsibilities include budget and strategic planning, performance and margin analysis, financial modeling, resource allocation, management presentations, process improvement, and business partnering with international commercial leaders. The role supervises one to two financial analysts and supports revenue, EBITDA, risk, and opportunity analysis.

Establishes standards, stage-gate processes, and controls for scope, cost, schedule, risk, changes, documentation, commissioning, and closeout.
