Develops and manages technical documentation, GUI text, error messages, and related content for complex products. Partners with engineering, regulatory, legal, and subject matter experts to create, review, publish, and maintain controlled documentation. Administers authoring and content management platforms, manages document releases and change control, establishes publishing standards and workflows, coordinates multiple projects, trains users, and improves documentation quality and efficiency while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Oversee the general ledger accounting team, including monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and the monthly close process. Ensure accurate subledger-to-general-ledger activity and compliance with SOX 404 requirements. Supervise, train, and support 3–5 accountants while collaborating with cross-functional teams and department heads on financial performance and reporting.

Optimizes and sustains medical device manufacturing processes using lean and Six Sigma methods. Responsibilities include engineering studies, process validations, statistical analysis, yield and scrap improvements, technical investigations, FMEA, CAPA, lifecycle changes, time studies, KPI monitoring, and process training. The role collaborates cross-functionally with quality, regulatory, facilities, manufacturing, procurement, and product development teams while ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, EU MDR, and Canadian medical device regulations.
