Manage APAC financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI analysis, and strategic business support. Partner with regional and corporate leaders on financial plans, investments, market opportunities, and expense management. Lead FP&A process improvements, automation, finance projects, and Power BI dashboard development. Serve as a key advisor and primary support to senior FP&A leadership while ensuring accurate data, policy compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Supports enterprise sales leaders through advanced pricing, customer performance, contract, rebate, and compliance analytics. Administers contracts, validates pricing and eligibility, coordinates approvals, processes RFI/RFP requests, and prepares financial and customer reporting. Uses Excel, Cognos, Looker, Power BI, Oracle, and Model N to analyze and report sales data. Trains analysts, improves workflows, supports cross-functional projects, and communicates updates to management and enterprise customers.

Partners with EMEA and CALA business leaders on talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, change management, compensation, and leadership development. Advises and coaches managers and employees, facilitates talent and organizational initiatives, ensures HR policy and employment-law compliance, and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to support business objectives.
