Manages full-cycle accounts payable and supports accounts receivable processes, including invoice intake, three-way matching, vendor master data, purchase order reconciliation, AP aging, prepaid schedules, month-end accruals, statement reconciliations, credit card reports, 1099 processing, audit support, and SOP maintenance. The role requires hands-on Bill.com and NetSuite experience, advanced Excel skills, precise data entry, and collaboration with accounting, inventory, and operations teams.

Provide onsite and remote end-user IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software, provision devices, manage accounts and access, and assist with onboarding and offboarding. Monitor security tools, networks, servers, NAS, and cloud environments; support incident response, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, procurement, documentation, and internal IT initiatives. The role also involves ticket management, process documentation, and delivering a positive employee technology experience.

Develop and support liquid haircare products from concept briefs and formulation through pilot batches, stability testing, commercial production, and launch. Evaluate formulas, troubleshoot scale-up issues, manage technical documentation, and collaborate with contract manufacturers, raw material suppliers, regulatory teams, marketing, and operations. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international beauty regulations while supporting competitive analysis, product education, cost optimization, and multi-SKU launches.

Manage and scale paid media campaigns for e-commerce beauty brands across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms. Develop full-funnel strategies, optimize ROAS, CPA, and CTR, conduct A/B testing, collaborate with creative teams, analyze campaign performance, report insights, and monitor advertising trends and platform changes.

Owns end-to-end email and SMS retention campaigns, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, cross-channel initiatives, performance analysis, and quality assurance. The role develops welcome, post-purchase, loyalty, re-engagement, and other automated journeys to increase customer lifetime value. It collaborates with Brand, Creative, Site Experience, and vendors while ensuring campaign compliance, accurate execution, reliable reporting, and continuous optimization across email, SMS, direct mail, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.

Manage organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Own content calendars, create platform-native campaigns, oversee posting and community engagement, monitor trends and brand sentiment, coordinate with creative, paid, affiliate, and brand teams, support social commerce tagging, identify creators, and use analytics to improve content performance and audience growth.

Manage daily headquarters and executive office operations, facilities, supplies, budgets, records, events, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative projects. Serve as the liaison between executives, office staff, and cross-functional teams while maintaining a professional, organized workplace. Support leadership and HR with presentations, reports, policies, procedures, and confidential information. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and proficiency with workplace collaboration tools.
