Lead and scale affiliate/creator programs for D2C beauty brands by recruiting and onboarding creators, ensuring FTC and platform compliance, optimizing TikTok/Meta social commerce integrations, tracking KPIs (ROI, conversion, AOV), and reporting performance to leadership.

Design and produce packaging (primary and secondary) and print-ready files; create high-converting Amazon A+ content and product imagery; design digital marketing assets for social and paid channels; build Figma web-ready assets and landing pages; use AI tools and Canva for rapid ideation and templated social content while maintaining brand cohesion.

Manage end-to-end development of high-performance beauty products, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
