Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy's and others. Liaise with agencies and internal teams, monitor KPIs (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS), ensure catalog and inventory availability, maintain shop health, execute merchandising and promotions, support marketplace expansion, and deliver analysis and insights to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube for e-commerce CPG brands. Build full-funnel strategies, optimize performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR), run A/B tests, collaborate with creative teams on ad assets, and report insights using analytics tools to drive growth.

Lead company-wide financial strategy and operations, oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, reporting, compliance, cash management, and risk. Guide M&A, investor relations, and capital planning while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team to support growth in a CPG beauty business.
