Manage end-to-end influencer sourcing, outreach, gifting, relationship management, and compliance for beauty brands. Track creator content and analytics, compile ROI reports, and ensure FTC and brand guideline adherence.

The Vice President of Product Development will lead product strategy, oversee product lifecycles, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence across brands.

Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy's and others. Perform daily transaction entry and reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts, prepare cash reports, create e-commerce deposit journal entries and intercompany invoices, maintain fixed asset/depreciation schedules, support month-end close, and assist with sales tax filings and accounting process improvements.

Lead company-wide financial strategy and operations, oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, reporting, compliance, cash management, and risk. Guide M&A, investor relations, and capital planning while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team to support growth in a CPG beauty business.
