Lead and scale a CX team for DTC beauty brands by implementing AI/chatbot automation, optimizing KPIs (CSAT, FCR, LTV), managing staffing and budgets, improving omnichannel fulfillment workflows, and partnering with senior leadership to drive e-commerce growth and customer loyalty.
