Provide onsite and remote end-user IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software, provision devices, manage accounts and access, and assist with onboarding and offboarding. Monitor security tools, networks, servers, NAS, and cloud environments; support incident response, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, procurement, documentation, and internal IT initiatives. The role also involves ticket management, process documentation, and delivering a positive employee technology experience.

Own end-to-end email and SMS retention campaigns, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, testing, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance. Manage cross-channel initiatives involving loyalty, subscriptions, direct mail, and emerging platforms. Analyze campaign performance and customer lifetime value, develop testing roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Site Experience teams to improve customer engagement and retention.

Manage end-to-end development of high-performance beauty hair tools and packaging: translate trends into products, oversee prototyping and testing, manage contract manufacturers, ensure compliance and regulatory registrations, maintain product documentation, and partner cross-functionally for launch readiness and education.
