Own and execute end-to-end email and SMS retention campaigns and lifecycle journeys (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement). Manage targeting, A/B testing, cross-channel coordination (SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, direct mail), QA and compliance. Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, document tests, and collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Site Experience teams to improve customer lifetime value and retention.

Manage end-to-end development of high-performance beauty hair tools and packaging: translate trends into products, oversee prototyping and testing, manage contract manufacturers, ensure compliance and regulatory registrations, maintain product documentation, and partner cross-functionally for launch readiness and education.

The Vice President of Product Development will lead product strategy, oversee product lifecycles, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence across brands.
