Conduct door-to-door outreach to raise awareness of early childhood education, assist families with program and subsidy applications, identify community resources and appropriate program options, represent INPEACE at events, and provide program progress reports to the Program Manager.

Lead INPEACE human resources and risk management functions: develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and safety programs; oversee payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, worker's compensation and liability claim reduction; and embed culturally informed HR practices serving Native Hawaiian communities.
