Support sales by maintaining Salesforce opportunity hygiene, preparing pipeline and forecast analyses for pace calls, and identifying qualified opportunities via market intelligence. Develop reports and dashboards, enable sales with account insights, standardize qualification processes, and recommend automation to improve follow-up and pipeline discipline.

Perform AP/AR support, assist with month-end close and reconciliations, maintain financial records, support inventory transactions and cycle counts, prepare reports/spreadsheets, track freight/tariffs, assist revenue recognition reporting and audit preparation, and participate in process improvements.

Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components, perform brazing per work instructions, inspect for quality, read blueprints, meet production goals, and support continuous improvement in a safe production environment.

Provide administrative and clerical support to plant leadership, Operations, and HR. Maintain document control and records, perform ERP data entry (PLEX), coordinate communications, events, onboarding, training records, and office logistics to support efficient plant operations.

Design and develop next-generation heat transfer equipment for data centers and industrial cooling. Create 3D models and 2D prints, manage BOMs and ERP part creation, integrate simulation into heat exchanger designs, collaborate with application and manufacturing teams, support production, author technical documentation, and contribute to product development, cost estimation, and technical leadership.

Lead 1st shift fabrication operations overseeing CNC machining, laser cutting, brake press forming, and welding. Manage staffing, schedules, safety, quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement while coaching and developing welders and machine operators to meet production targets.

Outbound-focused role generating new business via cold calls and proactive outreach, managing customer projects internally, updating Salesforce, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring follow-through from kickoff through delivery.

Lead plant-level accounting and finance for a manufacturing facility: oversee month-end close, cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, inventory and fixed asset management. Partner with plant leadership on strategic initiatives, capital analysis, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. Manage and develop accounting staff and support audits and SOX/internal control compliance.

Lead cross-functional engineer-to-order manufacturing projects from order release through delivery. Own schedule, cost, risk, contracts, supplier oversight, quality, and customer communication. Mentor junior PMs, drive process improvements, and ensure projects meet specifications, budget, schedule, and profitability targets.

Work with internal teams, channel partners and customers to size, select and estimate heat exchanger solutions, generate quotes, process orders in the ERP, and support sales through follow-up, training, and product/process feedback.
