Coordinates engineered-to-order projects across engineering, manufacturing, quality, compliance, and customers. Support sales by maintaining Salesforce opportunity hygiene, preparing pipeline and forecast analyses for pace calls, and identifying qualified opportunities via market intelligence. Develop reports and dashboards, enable sales with account insights, standardize qualification processes, and recommend automation to improve follow-up and pipeline discipline.

Lead global sourcing and procurement to optimize lead-times, costs, inventory and service. Drive SIOP, vendor onboarding/management, logistics, budgeting, and material productivity. Analyze data for supply chain decisions, support engineering changes, and develop the procurement team to improve on-time delivery, fill rates, and inventory turns.
