Manage production scheduling and work orders to meet customer delivery commitments. Monitor inventory and raw material requirements, resolve MRP exceptions, support procurement and cycle counts, communicate cross-functionally, and handle customer expedites to maximize throughput and on-time delivery.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of engineer-to-order manufacturing projects. Assist Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to manage scope, risks, costs, schedules, contracts, supplier relations, and documentation to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to size, select, estimate cost, quote, and process heat exchanger orders. Provide thermal/mechanical expertise, train partners, use API software and ERP, resolve purchase order discrepancies, and support product/process improvements to meet KPIs.
