Design and develop next-generation heat transfer equipment for data centers and industrial cooling. Create 3D models and 2D prints, manage BOMs and ERP part creation, integrate simulation into heat exchanger designs, collaborate with application and manufacturing teams, support production, author technical documentation, and contribute to product development, cost estimation, and technical leadership.

Outbound-focused sales and project support role responsible for cold outreach, generating new opportunities, managing assigned customer projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping Salesforce updated, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely follow-through and escalation resolution.

Perform AP/AR support, assist with month-end close and reconciliations, maintain financial records, support inventory transactions and cycle counts, prepare reports/spreadsheets, track freight/tariffs, assist revenue recognition reporting and audit preparation, and participate in process improvements.
