Own weekly multi-state payroll for the US workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate records, garnishment processing, reporting, and employee support. Maintain payroll data in ADP Workforce Now, assist with recruiting and training, prepare audit documentation, administer learning-management tasks, and implement process improvements. The role also supports engagement events and requires occasional domestic travel for training, audits, and site support.

Leads site supply chain operations across materials planning, procurement, logistics, inventory control, scheduling, warehousing, and fulfillment. Drives inventory optimization, sourcing strategy, supplier performance, S&OP, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. Manages budgets, ERP reporting, logistics providers, engineering-change impacts, compliance, and supply chain personnel while developing cross-functional and supplier relationships.

Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components, perform brazing per work instructions, inspect for quality, read blueprints, meet production goals, and support continuous improvement in a safe production environment.
