The School Technology Specialist provides on-site technical support, manages installations, resolves issues, communicates with clients, and collaborates with remote teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide on-site technical support two days per week: handle tickets, repair printers and Chromebooks, manage inventory, liaise with remote IT support overseas, document issues, and communicate updates to ensure client satisfaction.

Identify and research prospective charter and independent schools, perform high-volume outbound prospecting, schedule qualified first-time appointments, maintain HubSpot CRM records, meet activity and appointment goals, and represent Inspiroz while collaborating with sales teammates.

Full-cycle B2B sales role selling education technology and managed services to charter and independent schools. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, manage opportunities from discovery to close, collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals, transition new clients to delivery, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Provide on-site IT support for multiple charter school campuses: troubleshoot hardware and network issues, perform installations and maintenance, assist on deployments, liaise with remote support, document work in ConnectWise Manage, and communicate promptly with school staff.
