Full-cycle B2B sales role selling education technology and managed services to charter and independent schools. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, manage opportunities from discovery to close, collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals, transition new clients to delivery, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Provides on-site Tier 1 and 2 technical support across charter schools, including troubleshooting, workstation and network equipment installation, hardware repairs, ticket management, and client communication. Coordinates with remote IT support teams, documents issues in ConnectWise Manage, maintains strong client relationships, and independently resolves technology problems.

Provides on-site IT support across multiple charter school campuses, troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and maintaining workstations, network equipment, and peripherals, and supporting technology deployments. Coordinates with remote IT teams, communicates with school administrators, manages service tickets and documentation in ConnectWise Manage, and tracks time and deliverables. Requires reliable transportation, independent work skills, customer service abilities, a valid driver’s license, and successful school background verification.
