Supports medical device sales and account management within assigned territories. Partners with Territory and Regional Managers to achieve revenue goals, promote Inspire therapy, develop business plans, provide clinical and technical support during procedures and device activations, educate customers, and build stakeholder relationships. The role may support territories outside the primary assignment as business needs require.

Leads enterprise FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, financial modeling, capital allocation, cash management, and finance systems administration. Develops executive insights and supports strategic investment decisions. Oversees reporting automation and process improvements while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Supports revenue modeling, account and physician performance analysis, KPI evaluation, variance and trend analysis, dashboards, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews. The intern will compile and interpret large datasets, develop financial models, present findings, and contribute to process-improvement projects while collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A stakeholders.

Performs daily accounting activities including sales transaction review, invoice and credit memo processing, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue reporting, and month-end close support. The Territory Manager will drive commercialization of OSA therapy sales, achieve sales objectives, assess accounts, and ensure patient selection guidelines are followed.

Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management programs covering performance management, talent assessments, succession planning, career pathing, and employee development.
