As a Software Engineer, you will build customer-facing products, scale the insurance platform, lead technical best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Design and build a greenfield, AI-native claims management platform handling FNOL, triage, case workflows, payouts, carrier integrations, and financial reconciliation. Own correctness, auditability, observability, incidents, and operational health while partnering with Claims, Operations, Finance, and carriers to automate and scale claims end-to-end.

Lead Insify’s brand strategy and voice across markets, manage a small creative team and agencies, own brand health metrics, run measurable brand campaigns, ensure product fluency informs creative, and embed brand judgment across customer touchpoints to drive awareness, trust, and organic demand.
