Teams at Insify

Lead a team of 3–4 data engineers and analysts across ingestion, warehouse modeling, metric layers, reporting, and analytics. Set data priorities across growth, carrier reporting, finance, and actuarial needs; scale reusable data platforms; automate reconciliation and reporting; establish data contracts, CI testing, alerts, and production safeguards. The role combines hands-on technical judgment with hiring, coaching, stakeholder alignment, and ownership of data strategy. Experience with Databricks, dbt, event tracking, insurance, fintech, and reconciled financial reporting is advantageous.

Provides phone, email, and chat support to international insurance customers. Guides new customers through onboarding, explains policies, maintains accurate customer data, processes policy changes, tracks deadlines, and identifies recurring issues to improve products and processes for a new European market.

Own Insify’s French-market marketing, content, communications, social media, and CRM strategy. Translate insurance products into compelling content for French entrepreneurs and SMEs, create consumer-facing materials, manage social channels, and develop lifecycle and retention campaigns. The role partners with product, growth, and channel teams to drive market expansion and customer acquisition.
