Work directly with the founder to coordinate projects, manage the CRM and business development pipeline, prepare materials, handle scheduling and logistics, organise internal processes, and build AI agents and automated workflows to streamline repetitive work.

Act as a strategic operational partner to the Principal, managing complex calendars, travel, confidential communications, and cross-functional coordination. Build systems, SOPs, and knowledge management using AI tools and productivity platforms. Capture high-fidelity meeting notes, track deliverables, and maintain institutional memory. Coordinate with security, travel, portfolio leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure execution and continuity across a dynamic, multi-entity ecosystem.

Build, operate, and evolve the Midnight Indexer in Rust: ingest and process blockchain data, design schemas for PostgreSQL/SQLite, implement a high-performance GraphQL API with real-time subscriptions, ensure reliability through testing and observability, and collaborate across node, ledger, wallet, and security teams.
