Integrate LLMs, MCP, APIs, and retrieval systems; build RAG pipelines, conversational/agentic interfaces, and production-grade AI workflows. Collaborate across teams, define requirements, run experiments, evaluate performance, and ensure reliability and maintainability in deployed systems.

Lead and coordinate multi-project DoD software programs for the U.S. Navy, managing scope, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractors. Align requirements with stakeholders, implement scalable processes, integrate schedules, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance and funding discipline.

Deploy and maintain VMware-based virtualized infrastructure and Linux servers, automate configurations and application deployments with Ansible/Chef/Terraform/Packer, build STIG-hardened VM templates, perform patching and troubleshooting, support RMF/DoD compliance and ATO activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, test, and production environments.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable distributed backend and full-stack features for a hybrid cloud SaaS platform. Lead implementation across the SDLC, champion testing and best practices, collaborate with distributed teams, debug and troubleshoot systems, and support deployments on cloud, air-gapped networks, and tactical platforms. Must work on-site and travel to customer sites as needed.

Lead and mentor software and systems engineering teams building Navy tactical warfare and weapons systems. Own technical vision, SDLC delivery, cloud-native and containerized deployments, and cross-functional collaboration with customers and leadership. Lead development and rearchitecture of AWS-centric, real-time combat system architectures. Perform MATLAB-based weapons modeling, system stress testing, probabilistic performance analysis (PK, PES, PSI, CK), validate DDS RTI/UDP real-time systems, ensure software certification, mentor junior engineers, and support ongoing system evolution.

Work on Navy surface and unmanned platform tactical systems: design, implement, refactor, and test software (C/C++/Python/Java/JavaScript). Develop software architecture, integrate components, support lab and government test sites, prototype AI/ML solutions, elicit requirements, participate in reviews, and present technical and schedule updates to leadership.

Build, integrate, secure, and maintain physical and virtual IT systems for defense customers. Perform server/network installs, patching, hardening (DISA STIG), virtualization management, troubleshooting, automation, and documentation while ensuring compliance and supporting up to 25% travel.

Design, refactor, and modernize Navy tactical weapons-system software into microservices for cloud-native and tactical-edge deployment. Develop architecture, implement and test code (C/C++/Python/Java/JavaScript), decompose requirements, support integration and labs/LBTS testing, prototype AI/ML solutions, and collaborate with customers and leadership to deliver production-ready tactical capability.
