Design, build, and deploy on‑prem, air‑gapped AI/agent systems: integrate LLMs, MCP interfaces, RAG retrieval, and orchestration; optimize local CPU/GPU inference, harden Linux environments, run experiments, and collaborate across engineering and mission teams to move prototypes into operational capabilities.

Design and deliver on-prem, air-gapped AI systems and agentic workflows. Build integrations across LLMs, MCP, RAG pipelines, tool-using agents, orchestration, local inference infrastructure, and test/optimize production AI capabilities for mission environments.

Develop, integrate, and test software for complex DoD systems. Gather user requirements, design and implement code (C++/Java), build networked interfaces (TCP/UDP, DDS, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), participate in design/code reviews, support lab and field integrations, and follow the SDLC including testing, configuration management, and version control (Git/SVN). Work on-site in Arlington with occasional travel.
