Lead and mentor a systems engineering team to design, install, maintain, and secure physical and virtual servers and network devices. Manage patching, hardening, DISA STIG updates, RMF assessments, automation, and documentation across Red Hat, Windows, and VMware environments. Serve as technical liaison, drive engineering best practices, and support customer sites with up to 25% travel.

Support program execution across finance, contracts, schedule, procurement, risk, and integration. Track milestones and budgets, decompose schedules with engineers, manage stakeholders, document requirements, and apply Agile project practices to improve delivery.

Lead a team to develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for automated deployment and configuration of Kubernetes-based multi-site microservice applications. Debug deployment/configuration issues, manage on-site and airgapped Kubernetes clusters, implement secure coding and automation, mentor engineers, integrate components, support test/integration activities, and use AI tools to accelerate deployments and troubleshooting.
