Software Engineering Interns develop, test, maintain, and deploy software applications for mission-critical defense systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams, integrating APIs and third-party technologies, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and supporting the full software development lifecycle. Interns work with Java, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, AI, and related technologies in on-site locations.

Supports UX and UI design for mission-critical software by refining design systems, updating and annotating Figma files, revising prototypes, creating visual assets, documenting use cases, and collaborating with stakeholders. The intern applies human-centered design, user advocacy, data-informed decision-making, and iterative design within an agile development process.
