Coordinate packaging and artwork development from concept to shelf, managing multiple brand portfolios, ensuring print/prepress accuracy, compliance, and deadlines, supporting pre-production quality checks, and improving processes across internal and external teams.

Manage the full order lifecycle for beauty private-label projects: process and track orders in ERP, liaise with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot order issues, maintain system records, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate end-to-end product development timelines for cosmetic packaging, manage vendor and client communications, track samples, purchase orders and shipments, prepare cost quotes and presentations, maintain tracking tools, and support issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy and execution for an assigned beauty/personal care category across the full product lifecycle. Define category roadmaps, manage NPD stage-gate governance, analyze market and financial performance, drive supplier sourcing and margin improvement, mentor product development staff, and present KPI-driven business reviews. Coordinate with global sourcing teams and support active development programs when needed.

Serve as primary client liaison to drive business development, manage end-to-end sales and project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets/quotations, ensure product quality and timely delivery, and support product launches and client communications using PMOne.

Manage turnkey fragrance and packaging product launches: run kickoffs, source and vet vendors, negotiate costs, prepare costing sheets, request and evaluate samples, ensure regulatory compliance, lead communications, and maintain timelines to meet margin and quality targets.

Translate demand forecasts into supply plans, manage inventory and replenishment, coordinate with EU/CN suppliers and internal teams, mitigate supply risks, drive planning process improvements, and mentor junior supply chain colleagues to ensure cost-efficient product availability.
