Support and run the monthly S&OP cycle for European suppliers by collecting and validating demand, supply and inventory data, building reports and dashboards, analysing deviations and scenarios, organising cross‑functional S&OP meetings, and driving continuous improvement and small automation initiatives to align Sales, Supply Planning and Finance.

Translate demand forecasts into supply plans, manage inventory and replenishment, coordinate with EU/CN suppliers and internal teams, mitigate supply risks, drive planning process improvements, and mentor junior supply chain colleagues to ensure cost-efficient product availability.

Manage turnkey fragrance and packaging product launches: run kickoffs, source and vet vendors, negotiate costs, prepare costing sheets, request and evaluate samples, ensure regulatory compliance, lead communications, and maintain timelines to meet margin and quality targets.

Support NPD Managers and commercial teams with category and trend research (including AI), store visits, insights synthesis, moodboards, presentations, and building an innovation pipeline for seasonal initiatives. Contribute to concept development, visual assets, and customer-ready proposals while learning research, AI tools, and design workflows within a creative beauty-industry team.
