Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order processing, logistics, inventory, invoicing, shipment tracking, production planning, supplier and customer communication, and purchase order accuracy. Develop KPI reports and dashboards, support global trade and system initiatives, monitor inspections, maintain customer portals, and identify process improvements while collaborating with Product Development, Finance, and S&OP teams.

Lead FP&A for the Pack business, including budgeting, forecasting, income statement analysis, profitability, working capital, and cash flow analysis. Advise management and support Sales, Project, and Supply Chain teams with financial insights and reporting. Improve BI and ERP processes, train managers in financial management, and promote financial awareness across the organization.

Manage end-to-end creative studio workflows across multiple brands, channels, and projects. Prioritize briefs, timelines, resources, and competing deadlines; coordinate creative teams, freelancers, and vendors; facilitate status meetings; monitor capacity; identify bottlenecks; and improve studio processes. The role requires hands-on creative production knowledge, strong communication, sound judgment, and proficiency with project management platforms and reporting tools.

Supports account managers, project managers, and sales colleagues with customer account management, quotations, sample requests, presentations, CRM updates, sales pipeline maintenance, market research, commercial reporting, and customer meeting preparation. The intern also coordinates internal follow-ups across product development, buying, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely customer responses and efficient sales processes.

Supports the Procurement team with launching and maintaining a Supplier Relationship Management system. Responsibilities include reviewing supplier records, collecting missing information, organizing documentation, maintaining data quality, preparing basic reports, and assisting with supplier-management administration. The intern collaborates with internal stakeholders and suppliers while developing procurement, data-quality, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Coordinates product development projects from concept through production and delivery. Tracks milestones, budgets, timelines, risks, samples, purchase orders, and shipments. Communicates with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; maintains vendor documentation, cost quotes, project updates, presentations, and development materials. Supports issue resolution and ensures cross-functional alignment. The role requires strong organization, project planning, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail, with experience in product development or sourcing and international vendors preferred.

Manage customer orders from initial service introduction through delivery, including ERP data entry, order acknowledgments, approvals, status updates, issue resolution, and customer communications. Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas offices, factories, and cross-functional teams regarding artwork, samples, production, payments, freight, quality, and manufacturing issues. Maintain accurate records, monitor timelines, support vendor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality order execution.

Coordinate packaging and artwork development from concept to shelf, managing multiple brand portfolios, ensuring print/prepress accuracy, compliance, and deadlines, supporting pre-production quality checks, and improving processes across internal and external teams.
