Manage customer orders from initial service introduction through delivery, including ERP data entry, order acknowledgments, approvals, status updates, issue resolution, and customer communications. Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas offices, factories, and cross-functional teams regarding artwork, samples, production, payments, freight, quality, and manufacturing issues. Maintain accurate records, monitor timelines, support vendor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality order execution.

Drive new-business growth across Germany by identifying and acquiring customers in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, and packaging. Develop market strategies, qualify opportunities, manage pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, forecast sales, and grow customer relationships. Collaborate with technical, operational, creative, and commercial teams to deliver profitable projects and customer satisfaction. This remote role is based near Mannheim or Munich and requires approximately 40% travel.

Lead strategy and lifecycle management for the Bath & Body category, driving NPD from concept to commercialization. Manage category roadmaps, KPIs, stage-gate governance, global sourcing (China/Korea), supplier relationships, and mentor product development staff. Present business reviews and integrate data-driven insights to improve margin, speed-to-market, and innovation.

Coordinate packaging and artwork development from concept to shelf, managing multiple brand portfolios, ensuring print/prepress accuracy, compliance, and deadlines, supporting pre-production quality checks, and improving processes across internal and external teams.
