Coordinates product development projects from concept through production and delivery. Tracks milestones, budgets, timelines, risks, samples, purchase orders, and shipments. Communicates with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; maintains vendor documentation, cost quotes, project updates, presentations, and development materials. Supports issue resolution and ensures cross-functional alignment. The role requires strong organization, project planning, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail, with experience in product development or sourcing and international vendors preferred.

Manage customer orders from initial service introduction through delivery, including ERP data entry, order acknowledgments, approvals, status updates, issue resolution, and customer communications. Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas offices, factories, and cross-functional teams regarding artwork, samples, production, payments, freight, quality, and manufacturing issues. Maintain accurate records, monitor timelines, support vendor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality order execution.

Drive new-business growth across Germany by identifying and acquiring customers in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, and packaging. Develop market strategies, qualify opportunities, manage pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, forecast sales, and grow customer relationships. Collaborate with technical, operational, creative, and commercial teams to deliver profitable projects and customer satisfaction. This remote role is based near Mannheim or Munich and requires approximately 40% travel.
