Teams at Innovative Beauty Group

Lead strategy and execution for an assigned beauty/personal care category across the full product lifecycle. Define category roadmaps, manage NPD stage-gate governance, analyze market and financial performance, drive supplier sourcing and margin improvement, mentor product development staff, and present KPI-driven business reviews. Coordinate with global sourcing teams and support active development programs when needed.

Serve as primary client liaison to drive business development, manage end-to-end sales and project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets/quotations, ensure product quality and timely delivery, and support product launches and client communications using PMOne.

Manage turnkey fragrance and packaging product launches: run kickoffs, source and vet vendors, negotiate costs, prepare costing sheets, request and evaluate samples, ensure regulatory compliance, lead communications, and maintain timelines to meet margin and quality targets.
