Support and run the monthly S&OP cycle for European suppliers by collecting and validating demand, supply and inventory data, building reports and dashboards, analysing deviations and scenarios, organising cross‑functional S&OP meetings, and driving continuous improvement and small automation initiatives to align Sales, Supply Planning and Finance.

Translate demand forecasts into supply plans, manage inventory and replenishment, coordinate with EU/CN suppliers and internal teams, mitigate supply risks, drive planning process improvements, and mentor junior supply chain colleagues to ensure cost-efficient product availability.

Manage turnkey fragrance and packaging product launches: run kickoffs, source and vet vendors, negotiate costs, prepare costing sheets, request and evaluate samples, ensure regulatory compliance, lead communications, and maintain timelines to meet margin and quality targets.
