Supports warehouse and stores operations by receiving deliveries, picking and dispatching parts, maintaining stock records and bin locations, conducting stock counts, monitoring replenishment, and raising supplier orders. Provides parts support to Service, Installation, Sales and other teams, resolves discrepancies and supplier issues, and helps improve labelling, barcode and inventory processes.

Manage import/export logistics: booking and shipment reservations, customs clearance and documentation, freight quotations, Letter of Credit coordination with banks, warehouse coordination, shipment planning, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries while supporting transportation planning and OHS compliance.

Provide Italian-speaking technical support for elevator electronics via email, messaging and online calls; troubleshoot remotely and on-site; support customers at international exhibitions; prepare technical responses and escalate issues as needed.

Provide multilingual (Arabic/French) technical support to customers via email, WhatsApp and calls; troubleshoot product issues; assist at international exhibitions; deliver effective customer-facing solutions and technical information.
