Lead cross-functional healthcare projects to improve operations, patient outcomes, compliance, and performance. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks. Analyze data and KPIs, prepare reports and presentations, facilitate stakeholder communication, conduct audits, and drive change management and process improvements to meet organizational goals.

Provide end-user and escalated technical support, administer Azure and Office 365 services, maintain networking and biomedical device integrations, document incidents in ITSM, and collaborate with clinical and vendor stakeholders to ensure reliable workflows.

Create and manage digital and physical marketing content (social, video, podcasts, blogs, website, collateral), support event planning and execution, maintain brand standards, analyze marketing performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute omni-channel strategies across multiple healthcare brands.

Coordinate and support enterprise employee and member experience programs, manage timelines and deliverables, track engagement metrics, create presentations and communications, partner with cross-functional teams, support governance and change management, and contribute to process improvements. Remote role with occasional travel for events and site visits.
