Designs and deploys reliable cloud infrastructure, develops CI/CD pipelines, implements monitoring and security scanning, performs root cause analyses, automates support processes, and supports product deployments. The role partners with product and platform engineering teams, mentors others on DevSecOps practices, assists support teams, and provides occasional emergency after-hours support across AWS and Azure environments.

Designs and implements technical solutions, integrations, APIs, and workflows for customers. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and improve efficiency through automation. The role requires consulting or systems integration experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new technologies. Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is beneficial, along with exposure to integration, automation, analytics, programming, AI, and enterprise platforms.

Build, maintain, and modernize scalable cloud-based applications across frontend and backend systems. Develop reusable APIs, services, infrastructure, deployment solutions, and automated testing frameworks. Collaborate with architecture, development, and product teams to deliver platform capabilities, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in React, Node.js, C#, Python, AWS, databases, Terraform, CI/CD, and modern testing tools.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, implement backend microservices, apply containerization and orchestration, enforce best practices, and solve complex problems. Mentor team members and participate in special projects.

Support customer deployments and adoption of Regology by serving as a technical subject matter expert and project manager. Lead enterprise integrations, API discussions, AI-related technical conversations, training, troubleshooting, and requirements translation across customers, product, engineering, and sales teams. Coordinate implementation activities, resolve integration issues, and provide technical support during customer and sales engagements.
