This is a remote position.
- Serve as a customer-facing SME and Project Manager for Regology deployments.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Regology integrations with enterprise systems.
- Provide customer training and guidance on the use and adoption of Regology.
- Lead technical discussions related to APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, RAG, and MCP.
- Gather and translate customer technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate project activities and work within the established delivery framework.
- Support API buildouts, integration troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration-related challenges.
- Provide technical support during customer and sales discussions as required.
- Manage approximately 75% Regology-related activities, with the remaining 25% supporting API, product, troubleshooting, and sales initiatives.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical project management, enterprise integrations, or similar roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs and integration technologies with enterprise systems.
- Moderate understanding of AI technologies and integrations, including concepts such as RAG and MCP.
- Ability to explain technical and AI concepts to customers, troubleshoot issues, and translate requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environment.
- Experience coordinating technical implementations, integrations, or software deployments.
- Prior programming experience with languages such as Python, Ruby, or similar technologies is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly across multiple technologies, platforms, and tools.

- Authorization to travel to the United States
- Current residence in Canada and legal authorization to work in Canada
- Successful criminal, educational, and employment history background check
