Lead daily production activities, supervise and train operators, perform operator-level tasks, maintain MDT scheduling and shift reports, enforce safety (EHS, LO/TO) and quality (GMP, IPC, SQF) standards, and document QC results.

Lead the plant training program: assess needs, design curriculum and materials, deliver courses, manage and evaluate production trainers, maintain training records and matrices, run train‑the‑trainer sessions, measure training effectiveness, and partner with site and HR leaders to standardize and improve training.

Manage and supervise multi-shift setup and maintenance teams for thermoforming and peripheral manufacturing equipment. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance, maintain equipment documentation, enforce safety (LO/TO, fall protection), support continuous improvement (6S, SMED, lean), collaborate with production and process engineers to improve OEE and reduce downtime, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance (GMP, SQF, IPC).

Develop and expand regional end-user accounts as the primary sales contact. Close new business, negotiate contracts, meet sales forecasts and budgets, analyze sales trends, maintain customer satisfaction, present performance to management, collaborate with the commercial sales team, and travel extensively.

Support the Senior Brand Manager by coordinating projects and campaigns, tracking deliverables, preparing reports and presentations, researching market trends, managing digital and print collateral, working with vendors/web developers, proofreading marketing materials, and supporting events and trade shows while complying with EH&S and product safety standards.

Support design, procurement, assembly, installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of automation equipment. Coordinate with suppliers and engineering, prepare documentation and manuals, control costs, investigate new machine designs, install and service equipment at customer sites, and train customer staff. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, IPC, and SQF standards; travel as required.

Lead thermoforming process development and improvement, provide advanced troubleshooting, training, and data analysis. Support new product commercialization, reduce variability, lead CI/SMED efforts, coordinate with R&D/central engineering and vendors, and ensure quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders) to fabricate and repair thermoform molds, tooling components, and parts; read blueprints; perform precision inspection with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; adjust machining parameters; follow EHS, LO/TO, FDA GMP, IPC, and SQF procedures.

Assemble, install, and troubleshoot electromechanical automation equipment (denesters, fillers, closers, labelers). Coordinate procurement, final assembly, inspection, and shipments. Work with suppliers and engineering to resolve design/manufacturing issues, develop manuals, train customers, and support on-site installations and trade show activities.

Lead and oversee all facility operations, including people management, budgets, production planning, quality and safety programs (GMP/SQF/IPC), continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, documentation, and ensuring regulatory and EH&S compliance.

Lead day-to-day production activities, train and coordinate operators, ensure QC and GMP/SQF compliance, complete shift and MDT reports, enforce EHS and LO/TO procedures, and cover operator duties as needed.

Lead and develop the Order Management team to ensure timely order execution, high-quality customer service, and operational consistency. Oversee daily order activities, escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage KPIs, maintain SOPs and onboarding, and drive continuous process improvements to support company growth.

Serve as the cross-functional link between Sales, CX, Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations to align customer demand with production and fulfillment priorities. Monitor open demand and service risks, support escalations, coordinate readiness for new items/customers, develop fill-rate and service reporting, and drive process and ERP/inventory improvements to support execution and the Voice of the Customer.

Own and administer the company QMS and PDM/PLM systems, support ERP/MES integrations, build dashboards and reports (quality, supplier, production KPIs), maintain data integrity, support end users, evaluate tools, and participate in cross-functional improvement projects across multi-site manufacturing. Domestic travel ~10%.

Maintain and update production tooling documentation (PDM, CAD models, assemblies, BOMs, ECOs), design/modify thermoform tooling components, develop tooling standards, support RFQs and PDP documentation, collaborate with engineering/manufacturing/maintenance, and recommend long-term tooling and product improvements while following safety and quality procedures.
