Graduate trainee role providing rotational exposure across People and Culture functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee experience, people operations, analytics, and reporting. The trainee will support HR projects, analyze workforce data, contribute to employee initiatives, and develop practical skills through coaching, mentoring, and progressive ownership.

Manages Chad’s loan portfolio, credit risk, lending compliance, borrower relationships, reporting, and investment operations. Responsibilities include approving loans, monitoring delinquencies, implementing recovery strategies, supervising and training investment staff, maintaining accurate documentation, overseeing disbursements and repayments, managing investment systems and user access, improving lending workflows, and supporting regulatory and funder reporting. The role also engages entrepreneurs, government stakeholders, courts, and external partners.

Provides administrative and procurement support across Inkomoko’s Rwanda offices and refugee camp locations. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, managing office operations, assets, vehicles, travel logistics, procurement processes, supplier contracts, vendor relationships, inventory, invoices, and payment documentation. The role also supports events, filing systems, office safety, onboarding equipment purchases, and compliance with organizational procedures.

Manage a portfolio of clients, maintain strong relationships, resolve inquiries and escalations, deliver presentations and trainings, implement customer relationship and marketing strategies, monitor portfolio performance, collaborate with the investment team, and maintain organized client investment files to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
