Work directly with entrepreneur clients in Kakuma to mobilize participants, deliver training in Somali/Swahili/English, provide ongoing business consulting, generate financial analyses, maintain client records, coordinate community activities, assist M&E and investment processes, and represent Inkomoko to partners and authorities.

Work directly with micro and small entrepreneurs in Garissa: mobilize and enroll clients, deliver training in Somali/Swahili/English, provide ongoing business consulting, conduct site visits, generate cashflow and profitability analyses, support investment applications, coordinate community activities, collect M&E data, and provide administrative support to ensure program delivery and client progression.

Manage monitoring and recovery of delinquent MFI loans through portfolio monitoring, site visits, debtor contact, negotiation of payment plans, legal coordination, PAR and collections reporting, and ensuring compliance with credit policy and CBK regulations.

Manage end-to-end lending processes: assess and onboard borrowers, perform due diligence, prepare credit documentation, disburse and record investments, monitor portfolio health, maintain repayment tracking and delinquency control, update the investment management/CBS (Mifos), support reporting to Kiva, and liaise with stakeholders and courts as needed.

Lead loan origination, due diligence, and portfolio management for micro and SME borrowers. Supervise loan officers, maintain loan management systems, ensure compliance with regulators and donors, support client monitoring and collections, and prepare credit materials for Investment Committee review.

Manage a portfolio of clients, maintain strong relationships, resolve inquiries and escalations, deliver presentations and trainings, implement customer relationship and marketing strategies, monitor portfolio performance, collaborate with the investment team, and maintain organized client investment files to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Validate ERP workflows, APIs, UI and data integrity across Fineract CBS integrations. Create test plans, execute functional and automation tests, build API/UI automated suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, track defects in Jira, and support audit and security-aware testing.

Support lending operations including loan processing, client servicing, data entry into CBS, record-keeping, compliance reporting, and process improvement. Prepare loan files, respond to borrower inquiries, generate performance reports, and coordinate with teams to ensure efficient lending workflows.

Lead M&E strategy, systems, and staff: design data collection tools and analyses, manage data systems (Odoo, Kobo), ensure ethical data protocols, coordinate external evaluators, and support organizational learning and reporting across programs.

Manage due diligence, prepare and disburse loans, monitor borrower portfolios, maintain investment software (Odoo LMS), support portfolio performance and reporting, ensure Kiva compliance, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to recover payments.

Manage and recover delinquent loan portfolios: monitor credit risk, prepare portfolio and PAR reports, contact and visit borrowers, negotiate repayment plans, recommend restructuring, initiate legal action when needed, and ensure compliance with credit policy and CBK regulations to reduce non-performing loans.
