Supply, implement, configure, and commission a production-ready Privileged Access Management solution across on-prem and cloud environments. Integrate with identity systems and SIEM, onboard privileged accounts (servers, databases, network devices, cloud), enable JIT access, session recording, automated password rotation, RBAC with approval workflows, provide documentation, training, and handover within an eight-week engagement (Aug–Sep 2026).

Lead safeguarding implementation in Rwanda: promote prevention, manage survivor-centered responses and case coordination, conduct risk assessments and field monitoring, build partner and staff capacity, ensure compliance with policies and donor standards, and represent Inkomoko in protection networks.

Lead national operations: implement operational strategy, manage multi-site administration and facilities, oversee procurement and vendors, supervise admin and procurement staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive process improvements focused on cost-savings and social procurement.

Lead Inkomoko Kenya as the senior country director, driving strategy, program impact, partnerships, financial and operational stewardship, team leadership, safeguarding, and donor relations to scale entrepreneur support across the country.

Lead design and implementation of talent, leadership, learning, and succession strategies across multiple countries. Build competency frameworks, learning academies, talent review and succession processes, drive internal mobility, enable country People & Culture teams, provide expert advisory to senior leaders, and measure talent and learning effectiveness to strengthen organizational capability.
