Lead analysis, mapping, redesign, and standardization of end-to-end processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations and Programs. Support ERP implementation through requirements gathering, workshops, UAT, change management, governance, KPI definition, and continuous improvement to enable scalable, compliant processes across multiple countries.

Manage monitoring and recovery of delinquent microfinance loans. Monitor portfolio performance, identify repayment irregularities, conduct site visits and borrower follow-ups, negotiate payment plans, prepare PAR and collections reports, reconcile payments, coordinate with legal counsel, and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulations.

The Graduate Trainee will identify local business opportunities for clients, build relationships with buyers, assist in tender applications, develop digital solutions, and participate in market-related projects.

The Client Relationship Officer will manage client portfolios, ensure customer satisfaction, develop marketing strategies, and represent Inkomoko within the community.
