Leads Inkomoko’s Garissa programming, including service delivery, client onboarding, budgets, KPIs, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and program improvement. Supervises, coaches, recruits, and develops staff while ensuring quality entrepreneur services. Builds relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community leaders, identifies partnership opportunities, supports advocacy and communications, and represents the organization locally. Advises teams on entrepreneurship, operations, finance, bookkeeping, market linkages, and value-chain opportunities.

Monitor loan portfolios, identify repayment risks, contact and visit overdue borrowers, negotiate repayment plans, conduct debt recovery, prepare portfolio and recovery reports, reconcile payments, support legal action, and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations. The role also provides customer guidance, supports lending teams with non-performing loans, and maintains portfolio-at-risk targets.

Leads Inkomoko’s brand, storytelling, strategic communications, media relations, and thought leadership across multiple African markets. Sets narrative and messaging direction, strengthens organizational reputation and visibility, advises senior leaders, oversees crisis and internal communications, and aligns communications with fundraising and advocacy goals. Manages communications leaders across brand, digital, campaigns, and regional communications while establishing quality, planning, and performance systems. Builds stakeholder trust through ethical, evidence-based, client-centered storytelling.
