Develops communications, public relations, media, marketing, and storytelling initiatives for Inkomoko Ethiopia. Responsibilities include creating blogs, profiles, reports, press releases, media kits, and social content; coordinating campaigns and events; managing press relationships, vendors, website, social media, and promotional materials; supporting executive media engagement; and recruiting clients through marketing campaigns.

Evaluates and prepares investments for microbusiness and SME borrowers, conducts due diligence, executes contracts, manages disbursements and repayments, monitors portfolios, and supports debt collection. The role maintains investment records in Odoo, ensures lending-process compliance, prepares reports, coordinates with finance and business-development teams, and works with clients, government officials, courts, and Kiva stakeholders.

Leads and supervises Business Development Advisors and Associates in Kakuma, ensuring quality client services and achievement of KPIs. Provides coaching, training, business assessments, growth planning, and strategic advice to entrepreneur clients. Builds relationships with local business leaders, represents the organization in community and partner forums, coordinates field activities, reviews reports, and supports clients in implementing business recommendations.
