Lead national operations: implement operational strategy, manage multi-site administration and facilities, oversee procurement and vendors, supervise admin and procurement staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive process improvements focused on cost-savings and social procurement.

Lead and implement safeguarding policies across Ethiopia operations, conduct risk assessments, coordinate survivor-centred case management and investigations, deliver training and partner capacity building, monitor compliance, conduct field visits, and represent Inkomoko with protection actors and donors to strengthen prevention, response, and organizational learning.

Manage low-to-medium complexity digital transformation projects end-to-end: planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk and quality management, vendor coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and user adoption. Support PMO standards and continuous improvement while progressing toward full Project Manager responsibilities.
