Lead analysis, mapping, redesign, and standardization of end-to-end processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations and Programs. Support ERP implementation through requirements gathering, workshops, UAT, change management, governance, KPI definition, and continuous improvement to enable scalable, compliant processes across multiple countries.

Manage monitoring and recovery of delinquent microfinance loans. Monitor portfolio performance, identify repayment irregularities, conduct site visits and borrower follow-ups, negotiate payment plans, prepare PAR and collections reports, reconcile payments, coordinate with legal counsel, and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulations.

Provide training and strategic advisory to IDP, refugee, and host entrepreneurs: deliver classes, conduct business assessments, implement financial and go-to-market systems, assist with financing preparation, manage entrepreneur relationships and files, support monitoring and impact evaluation, and represent Inkomoko in partner and community events.
