Provides technical and functional support for end users of proprietary software and Windows server environments. Handles incoming requests, troubleshoots and resolves issues, coordinates with internal teams, communicates request status, performs on-site system reviews, documents procedures, and contributes to team knowledge. Requires rotating on-call availability and up to 20% travel across North America and internationally.

Provides first-line technical support for proprietary transportation software, responding to customer requests, documenting issues, troubleshooting application and access problems, and coordinating escalations with internal teams through resolution. The role requires rotating on-call coverage, Windows/Linux terminal experience, strong communication, and independent problem-solving. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow and Jira experience, ITIL certification, Java-based software experience, and Oracle SQL knowledge. The position is hybrid in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Supports planning, filming, editing, and publishing training, technical, marketing, and instructional videos. Responsibilities include scripting, storyboarding, camera and audio operation, lighting, motion graphics, photography, media organization, and collaboration with engineering, field service, quality assurance, and marketing teams. The intern may travel occasionally to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and trade shows, and will help create customer-facing content and organized video archives.

Manage complex, multidisciplinary intelligent transportation and IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Develop project, change, cost, and risk plans; maintain schedules and reporting; manage contracts, suppliers, partners, and geographically dispersed teams; and communicate with customers, technical teams, business units, and senior leadership. Domestic and international travel is required.

Lead security strategy, operations, and GRC across corporate and customer-facing transit systems. Drive security architecture, incident response (incident commander), threat intelligence, tabletop exercises, vendor risk management, and compliance across PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Serve as primary auditor contact and communicate risk to leadership.

Lead the full sales cycle for transit technology across the western U.S.: prospecting, needs assessment, RFP responses, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing. Build senior stakeholder relationships, shape regional go-to-market strategy, maintain Salesforce CRM and forecasts, represent the company at events, and travel up to 50% to support sales and customer engagements.
