Operate and own complex Azure and on-prem infrastructure for customer-facing transit systems. Responsibilities include Azure and VMware administration, PowerShell automation, application delivery (F5, App Gateway, Cloudflare), endpoint management via Intune, monitoring and security operations, disaster recovery, customer liaison, vendor coordination, and on-site travel for deployments and upgrades.

Lead the full sales cycle for transit technology across the western U.S.: prospecting, needs assessment, RFP responses, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing. Build senior stakeholder relationships, shape regional go-to-market strategy, maintain Salesforce CRM and forecasts, represent the company at events, and travel up to 50% to support sales and customer engagements.

Lead North American technical operations for public transit customers using INIT fare systems. Manage and mentor Technical Operations Managers, own client relationships and incident escalations, coordinate with international vendors (quarterly travel to Germany ~2x/year), and build scalable processes for future expansion.
