Operate and own complex Azure and on-prem infrastructure for customer-facing transit systems. Responsibilities include Azure and VMware administration, PowerShell automation, application delivery (F5, App Gateway, Cloudflare), endpoint management via Intune, monitoring and security operations, disaster recovery, customer liaison, vendor coordination, and on-site travel for deployments and upgrades.

Manage complex, multidisciplinary intelligent transportation and IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Develop project, change, cost, and risk plans; maintain schedules and reporting; manage contracts, suppliers, partners, and geographically dispersed teams; and communicate with customers, technical teams, business units, and senior leadership. Domestic and international travel is required.

Lead security strategy, operations, and GRC across corporate and customer-facing transit systems. Drive security architecture, incident response (incident commander), threat intelligence, tabletop exercises, vendor risk management, and compliance across PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Serve as primary auditor contact and communicate risk to leadership.
