Manage end-to-end procurement, including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, order tracking, invoice verification, three-way matching, and procurement reporting. Coordinate with US vendors, internal stakeholders, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams while ensuring timely delivery, policy compliance, accurate records, and cost-saving opportunities.

Manage US accounting operations across AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end close. Support US federal, state, and local tax compliance, end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax reconciliations, filings, W-2 activities, and payroll record maintenance. Coordinate with US stakeholders and tax professionals while resolving accounting and payroll discrepancies.

Designs and lays out custom industrial IoT and edge-gateway hardware, selects components, brings up and debugs prototypes, and develops low-level firmware for peripheral validation. The role covers industrial interfaces, hardware-software integration, DFM/DFT reviews, vendor coordination, documentation, BOMs, and test procedures. Candidates should have electronics training, KiCad or Altium experience, bare-metal ARM microcontroller debugging, embedded C/C++ driver development, and strong digital, analog, power, and microcontroller fundamentals.
