Sell automation and IIoT solutions throughout the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline development, client discovery, technical presentations, demos, proofs of concept, ROI analysis, contract negotiation, deal closing, account expansion, upselling, and relationship management. The role bridges technical and business domains and supports large-scale government and PSU projects.

Build and fine-tune domain-specific LLMs, develop AI agents, chatbots, and knowledge assistants, and integrate AI modules with AWS, backend, edge, and cloud systems. Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, and data engineering teams to deploy models into production. Monitor model performance, maintain and iterate on solutions, and ensure scalability and reliability for packaging and manufacturing applications.

Execute automation projects by designing, developing, deploying, commissioning, and troubleshooting Ignition-based HMI/SCADA and smart-factory systems. Build Perspective and Vision applications, configure gateways, historians, tags, reports, alarms, and dashboards. Integrate PLC and SCADA data with IoT, cloud, MES, ERP, and analytics platforms using industrial protocols and APIs. Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, training materials, and structured datasets while collaborating with data, AI, and software teams.
