Designs and supports Nutanix infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid multicloud solutions for partners and customers. Responsibilities include pre- and post-sales technical engagement, solution architecture, sizing, configuration, proposals, tenders, proof of concepts, workshops, training, troubleshooting, technical escalation, and partner enablement. The role collaborates with Nutanix, sales, vendor, and technical teams to modernize infrastructure and drive solution adoption and revenue.

Owns the Microsoft technical support partnership, including contract terms, SLAs, escalations, governance, performance reporting, and automation. Leads a global vendor technical support engineering team, drives critical customer issues to resolution, manages scorecards and aged-case governance, and partners across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing. The role requires deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise, executive communication, vendor accountability, and support for a global 24x7 follow-the-sun model.

Supervise and develop warehouse associates while overseeing inventory receipt, storage, auditing, and shipment processes. Ensure accuracy, safety, deadlines, and adherence to warehouse procedures. Lead operational improvement projects, troubleshoot issues, collaborate across teams, and optimize workflows. The role requires strong knowledge of WMS, conveyance systems, lean warehouse operations, outbound logistics, Excel pivot tables, and team leadership.
