Serve as senior technical leader for support: triage and escalate complex issues, represent support to Product and Engineering, drive operational improvements, mentor L1/L2 engineers, lead incident coordination, and lead shift-left and AI-enabled support initiatives to improve self-service and reduce MTTR.

Drive HPE growth across assigned vendors and partner base by developing category strategy, identifying new business, negotiating with vendors, and expanding product portfolios. Use market analysis and Xvantage data to find opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, engage key customers, and execute solution-selling to retain and grow market share.
