Processes member cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and confidentially. Balances cash drawers, researches discrepancies, maintains transactional records, and follows credit union policies, regulations, and security procedures. Provides friendly member service, explains and cross-sells financial products, maintains teller supplies, handles night depository bags, and reports equipment issues. Requires cash-handling experience, strong interpersonal and clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under stress.
