Sells delegate places for global events, conferences, exhibitions, training courses, and digital events. Responsibilities include cold calling approximately 100 prospects daily, meeting sales KPIs, following up on leads, collecting revenue, cross-selling event products, advising international clients, and collaborating with production, sales, and marketing teams. The role is hybrid, office-based in London, and may involve occasional global event travel and varied working hours.

Supports partner operations by tracking activities, coordinating launches and renewals, researching prospective partners, managing event deliverables, and creating onboarding materials. The intern works cross-functionally with content, brand, operations, and marketing teams while using Monday.com and Smartsheet to organize partnership projects and deadlines.

Supports strategic insights and research through survey creation, data collection and analysis, report preparation, market and competitor research, social media monitoring, customer segmentation, and product positioning. The intern uses Qualtrics, Explori, Excel, and Power BI while collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Administrative support includes documentation, purchase orders, and research logistics. This is a 5- to 6-month learning internship requiring active university enrollment.
