Lead end-to-end product design for consumer-facing platforms: run discovery, conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, maintain design system, collaborate with PMs, engineers and data to deliver production-ready experiences and validate assumptions with analytics and customers.

Lead strategic planning and execution for assigned fan-expo shows. Drive revenue and P&L performance, pitch new features, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, oversee budgets, coordinate timelines, and lead onsite event operations including travel to shows.

Conduct primary research and data analysis on channel and partner ecosystems, create client-facing reports and presentations, present insights to senior decision makers, and contribute to global research projects using digital and AI research tools.
