Lead sales across the UK & Ireland for journals and eBooks, negotiating national Read & Publish agreements, managing strategic accounts, developing consortium partnerships, mentoring a sales team, achieving territory targets, and driving new business. Role requires integrating eBook and journal teams, regular customer visits and conference attendance, and 30–50% travel.

Manage and grow academic publishing accounts in Anhui/Shanghai, achieve territory sales targets, develop strategic partnerships, drive new business, maintain CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at conferences and events.

Manage and grow a portfolio of longtail academic customers: drive renewals, retention, upsells and minimize churn. Build relationships with local agencies, meet renewal and upsell targets, track performance metrics, provide customer support and tailored solutions, and collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns.
