Paid summer internship supporting projects and day-to-day activities across assigned departments. Interns may assist with research, reporting, data entry, analysis, process improvement, documentation, and special projects while gaining exposure to the oil and gas industry. The role requires collaboration, communication, analytical ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work within commuting distance of the assigned location without housing or relocation assistance.

Develop and maintain integrated upstream oil and gas development schedules and capital execution plans. Coordinate cross-functional planning across technical, operational, financial, and commercial teams; perform scenario analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reserves planning, milestone tracking, and risk evaluation. Build dashboards and reports, maintain planning data integrity, improve planning tools and workflows, and present development alternatives and performance insights to management.

Builds, maintains, and analyzes geospatial data supporting oil and gas leasing, drilling, production, and operations. Creates maps, reports, queries, and spatial analyses; integrates external data; performs geodatabase quality control; troubleshoots GIS requests; and supports cross-functional projects. The role requires strong cartographic, data management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with occasional field visits and a hybrid schedule in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Provides frontline desktop and help desk support for office and field employees. Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity, email, VPN, and business applications. Manages onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, equipment deployment, asset inventory, ticket escalation, knowledge-base documentation, and incident response while following IT policies, SOPs, and IT service management processes.

Manage field staff, coordinate drill schedules, negotiate agreements with operators, and ensure land transactions for oil and gas projects in the Appalachian Basin.

Lead implementation and adoption of operational systems and software, manage rollout plans, gather requirements, design and document workflows and SOPs, develop reporting and dashboards, manage projects from concept to implementation, and coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead Operations and Midstream projects through full lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining schedules and budgets (Monday.com, SiteView), tracking risks, facilitating meetings, supporting bidding/contractor coordination, producing executive reports, and driving project closeout and continuous improvement.

Secure and negotiate surface rights, easements, permits, and contracts; maintain landowner and stakeholder relationships; perform title research, due diligence, and land/environmental assessments; ensure legal and regulatory compliance; manage records, budgets, and reporting; collaborate with legal, engineering, environmental, and operations teams to support project execution.

As a Senior SCADA Analyst, manage and optimize SCADA systems for oil and gas operations, ensuring data integrity, cybersecurity, and operational reliability.

The Division Order Analyst will analyze land contracts and title opinions to ensure accurate revenue distribution and resolve ownership issues, while maintaining owner relations and compliance with regulations.

Design, administer, monitor, and support on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure. Manage Linux systems, virtualization, storage, backups, identity services, security controls, automation (IaC/scripting), incident response, upgrades, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
