Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer, onboarding, and orientation across multiple locations. Partner with hiring managers, optimize the ATS, generate recruiting reports, coordinate screenings, administer DOT and safety-sensitive drug testing programs, maintain compliance records, support employer branding and campus recruiting, and contribute to broader HR projects. Regular travel to West Virginia and Ohio locations is required.

Paid summer internship supporting projects and day-to-day activities across assigned departments. Interns may assist with research, reporting, data entry, analysis, process improvement, documentation, and special projects while gaining exposure to the oil and gas industry. The role requires collaboration, communication, analytical ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work within commuting distance of the assigned location without housing or relocation assistance.

Manage field staff, coordinate drill schedules, negotiate agreements with operators, and ensure land transactions for oil and gas projects in the Appalachian Basin.

Lead implementation and adoption of operational systems and software, manage rollout plans, gather requirements, design and document workflows and SOPs, develop reporting and dashboards, manage projects from concept to implementation, and coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Design, administer, monitor, and support on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure. Manage Linux systems, virtualization, storage, backups, identity services, security controls, automation (IaC/scripting), incident response, upgrades, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
