The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated and curious Summer Interns to join our team for a paid internship during the summer of 2027. This opportunity allows students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and learn more about the energy industry. Interns may be placed in a variety of business areas based on departmental needs, their fields of study, and their interests.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support meaningful projects and day-to-day work within an assigned department or functional area.
- Gain exposure to the oil and gas industry and learn how different teams contribute to the company’s operations and business goals.
- Assist with research, reporting, data entry, analysis, process improvement, documentation, or other department-specific tasks.
- Collaborate with employees across the organization and participate in team meetings, training, and learning opportunities.
- Contribute ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and apply classroom learning in a professional work environment.
- Work on special projects and other assignments based on business needs and the intern’s area of study.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study.
- Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Candidates must be able to reside within commuting distance of the assigned work location for the duration of the internship. Please note that housing and relocation assistance are not provided as part of this program.
- Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
- Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
- Must be able to perform physical work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Skills Required
