Provides frontline desktop and help desk support for office and field employees. Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity, email, VPN, and business applications. Manages onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, equipment deployment, asset inventory, ticket escalation, knowledge-base documentation, and incident response while following IT policies, SOPs, and IT service management processes.

Manage field staff, coordinate drill schedules, negotiate agreements with operators, and ensure land transactions for oil and gas projects in the Appalachian Basin.

Lead implementation and adoption of operational systems and software, manage rollout plans, gather requirements, design and document workflows and SOPs, develop reporting and dashboards, manage projects from concept to implementation, and coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
