Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress sites, themes, and plugins; implement responsive, cross-browser designs; optimize performance and SEO; troubleshoot, secure, migrate, and manage hosting; collaborate with designers and PMs to deliver projects on time.

Provide remote administrative support including email and calendar management, scheduling, data entry, document creation, client communication, project coordination, basic research, and optional social media tasks to ensure timely task completion and clear stakeholder updates.

Support end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, assist onboarding and documentation, maintain HR records and databases, perform HR operations and administrative tasks, and help employee engagement and internal communications. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role.

Provide strategic, operational, and executive support to the Founder: manage schedule and meetings, coordinate cross-functional projects, track goals and milestones, prepare research, reports, presentations, and meeting materials, and act as liaison to ensure follow-ups and operational efficiency.
