Perform data entry and administrative tasks: track and record deliveries, compute charges, prepare and distribute invoices, verify transaction accuracy, maintain company records, and support general office duties.

Manage sourcing and purchasing of aircraft parts, materials, and supplies to support repair station operations. Monitor inventory, expedite or transfer parts, prepare purchase orders, qualify suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, track shipments, resolve order issues, maintain vendor database, and report performance to management.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, communications, and cross-functional coordination. Act as strategic partner, own projects, track action items, draft correspondence and presentations, liaise with internal and international stakeholders, and maintain executive continuity during heavy travel and operational load.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendar, travel, meetings, correspondence, cross-department coordination, action-item tracking, research, event support, and stakeholder communication. Support international partners and maintain confidentiality.
