Leads field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and customer support for industrial motors, VFDs, HVAC, and control systems. Manages technicians and engineers, handles complex escalations, standardizes service and warranty processes, tracks service metrics, and partners with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Quality to improve reliability and customer outcomes. The role requires hands-on expertise with 480VAC systems, controls, technical training, and commercial and industrial customers, with 25–40% travel.

Owns capacity-constrained master production schedules for Motor and Fan Systems operations. Translates demand, backlog, forecasts, inventory, materials, capacity, and supplier constraints into executable supply plans and customer commitments. Leads two materials planners, coordinates manufacturing and contract manufacturing networks, drives cross-functional recovery actions, governs ERP/MRP planning parameters, and develops KPIs for schedule attainment, OTIF, capacity, material availability, backlog, and inventory health.

Manages key customer accounts, strengthens relationships, and drives revenue and forecast accuracy. Oversees orders from purchase order receipt through delivery, coordinating with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Resolves delivery, quality, contractual, and receivables issues while communicating mitigation plans to customers. Maintains Salesforce pipeline visibility, supports SIOP/S&OP alignment, monitors account performance, and improves order management, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional processes.

Develop and execute global strategic sourcing strategies for direct materials, engineered components, and contract-manufactured products. Lead supplier identification, qualification, negotiations, alternate-source development, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and sourcing activities for NPI. Establish sourcing methodologies, category-management practices, savings tracking, and supplier-performance processes while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.

Leads cross-functional implementation of major supply chain changes across manufacturing and supplier networks. Manages supplier transitions, BOM and engineering changes, material transitions, manufacturing transfers, cost reductions, and new product introductions. Owns integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, readiness reviews, escalation, production cutover, stabilization, and closure. Coordinates Engineering, Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, suppliers, and contract manufacturers while managing inventory, WIP, open commitments, supplier liabilities, and implementation readiness.

Leads the design, execution, and scaling of Infinitum’s global inbound transportation network. Responsibilities include developing lanes and routing guides, managing carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs, negotiating contracts, controlling freight costs, overseeing cross-border motor shipments, establishing shipment-visibility dashboards, managing exceptions and claims, and developing the Logistics Coordinator. The role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Finance, and Import/Export teams.

Manage the success and growth of Infinitum’s OEM accounts by driving HVAC motor design wins, building executive relationships, and executing strategic account plans. Lead technical and commercial discussions, coordinate with engineering, marketing, business development, and regional sales teams, and support sales representative organizations. Monitor market trends, represent the company at industry events, maintain CRM forecasts, and develop recurring design-in opportunities across complex OEM ecosystems.

Lead end-to-end NPI programs for electro-mechanical products, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams. Drive ILC process adherence, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to deliver products on time, within scope, and on budget.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems for electric motors, VFDs, and related components using LabVIEW and TestStand. Responsibilities include creating test algorithms, integrating sensors and data acquisition hardware, analyzing test data, troubleshooting systems, maintaining and calibrating equipment, documenting procedures, supporting compliance, and training technicians. The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Product Design, and Manufacturing teams in laboratory, production, and R&D environments.

Own daily freight execution and 3PL relationships, manage NetSuite logistics transactions, support RFQs and vendor selection, align deliveries with Sales/Customer Success, develop finished-goods inventory and Kanban replenishment strategies, and build reporting on shipments, 3PL performance, and inventory health.

Build and operate power-electronics test benches; execute functional, performance, and stress tests on motor drives and converters; perform lab measurements (voltage, current, power, efficiency, switching waveforms, thermal, EMI); troubleshoot hardware, diagnose field failures, create and run test plans, document results, and maintain safe lab operations.

Develop and execute account-based strategies to penetrate data centers, healthcare, and high-tech manufacturing across the Western US. Build executive relationships, influence design teams to specify Infinitum motors, manage long sales cycles, close enterprise deals, coordinate with application engineers and partners, represent the company at events, and maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: process and enter invoices into NetSuite, perform three-way PO matching, obtain approvals, reconcile vendor statements, validate Expensify expense reimbursements, confirm vendor banking, maintain accounting records, support Accounting and HR, and analyze workflow processes.

Lead sales operational cadence and CRM discipline to ensure pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. Drive process enforcement, deal progression, pricing coordination, reporting views, and follow-through to scale repeatable sales playbooks and accountability.

Drive new business across the Midwest in data centers, healthcare, and high-tech manufacturing by building executive relationships, specifying Infinitum motors, owning account strategies, collaborating with engineers and partners, managing long sales cycles, and maintaining CRM and forecasts to close enterprise-level deals.

Build executive relationships, influence design teams and spec decisions, manage long sales cycles, collaborate with engineering, maintain CRM and pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and close complex, multi-million-dollar deals.

Own partner strategy and execution across OEMs, reps, integrators and contractors: recruit and enable partners, design programs/incentives, measure performance, guide product and go-to-market alignment, and present channel insights to leadership.

Own regional go-to-market execution for Infinitum in the South Central region: grow OEM HVAC adoption, manage OEM/MEP/rep relationships, support partners with training and design-in, attend industry events, track market trends, and maintain CRM forecasts to drive revenue.
