Manage day-to-day freight execution and 3PL relationships, operate logistics transactions in NetSuite, support RFQs, align deliveries with sales, and develop finished-goods inventory, replenishment and Kanban strategies while building reporting and logistics processes for a scaling manufacturing organization.

Lead a small engineering team to design and deliver customer-facing portal, quoting, and ordering systems. Act as hands-on IC: implement UI, APIs, DB schemas, secure integrations, testing, observability, and AI-assisted development workflows while mentoring developers, defining architecture and standards, and ensuring production reliability and security.

Build and operate power-electronics test benches; execute functional, performance, and stress tests on motor drives and converters; perform lab measurements (voltage, current, power, efficiency, switching waveforms, thermal, EMI); troubleshoot hardware, diagnose field failures, create and run test plans, document results, and maintain safe lab operations.
