Teams at Infinitum

Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and month-end close for U.S. and Mexico operations. Own costed bills of materials, ERP cost data integrity, inventory controls, working capital initiatives, and DIO reduction. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Finance leadership. Manage and develop a Senior Plant Accountant in Mexico and travel to the Saltillo facility at least quarterly.

Manage OEM accounts and drive design wins for Infinitum motors in HVAC product lines. Build executive relationships across engineering, product, procurement, contractors, and sales representatives; lead technical and commercial discussions; develop multi-year account plans; coordinate with internal teams; monitor market trends and competition; represent the company at industry events; and maintain CRM forecasts and account reporting.

Design, develop, optimize, prototype, and test power electronics systems including converters, inverters, power supplies, variable frequency drives, and active front ends. Analyze efficiency, reliability, and performance; evaluate emerging technologies; ensure regulatory compliance; collaborate with hardware and software teams; and create technical documentation. The role requires power electronics design experience, simulation expertise, schematic capture and PCB design skills, and knowledge of semiconductors, magnetics, and thermal management.
