Oversee electrical and mechanical energy control programs for industrial construction, startup, and commissioning activities. Review and approve LOTO plans, energization schedules, permits, startup procedures, and safety training. Coordinate electrical contractors, commissioning teams, EHS staff, vendors, and clients; conduct field audits, hazard assessments, job walks, and equipment turnover tracking. Ensure NFPA 70E compliance, controlled access, qualified personnel, accurate electrical documentation, and corrective actions following cause analyses.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering, design, procurement, and construction projects from scope development through completion. Manages schedules, budgets, quality, execution plans, risk, documentation, client relationships, and change requests while ensuring contractual commitments are met. Provides team leadership, construction support, commissioning, and startup oversight. Also cultivates additional client opportunities and supports business development.

Develop mechanical designs for industrial capital projects, including process equipment, piping systems, utility systems, equipment layouts, P&IDs, and engineering drawings. Perform field verification, update documentation and as-built drawings, support RFIs, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure designs meet safety standards, applicable codes, and constructability requirements.

Leads electrical engineering design for industrial projects, including power systems analysis, equipment specifications, electrical plans, schematics, calculations, and design documentation. Performs quality reviews, resolves technical conflicts, supports project execution, and leads designers or junior engineers. Requires a Professional Engineer license, extensive electrical engineering experience, knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency with AutoCAD and power system analysis software.

Performs independent electrical engineering design for industrial projects, including power, lighting, grounding, schematics, equipment specifications, calculations, and power system analysis. Leads designers and junior engineers, reviews work for quality, resolves technical conflicts, and directs software use. Requires an ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree, Professional Engineer license, and 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience, with knowledge of electrical codes, power distribution, plant infrastructure, and industrial controls.

Supports mechanical design for industrial projects under the direction of lead designers and engineers. Responsibilities include developing scope documents, equipment layouts, piping plans, 3D models, drawings, and material takeoffs; tracking schedules, budgets, quality, and project documentation; coordinating with clients and project teams; and using Plant 3D, AutoCAD, laser scanning, point clouds, Navisworks, and Edgewise. Occasional overtime and project travel may be required.

Manages industrial electrical construction projects from bidding through execution. Develops scopes, estimates, proposals, schedules, execution plans, safety plans, and cost controls; coordinates engineering, subcontractors, field supervisors, and construction teams; provides technical information and project direction; monitors safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction; and supports repeat business development.

Oversee electrical installation quality on active construction sites, including inspections, code compliance, testing, commissioning, documentation, punch lists, RFIs, and as-built verification. Identify and resolve non-conformances, coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, testing vendors, and client QA/QC representatives, and participate in safety and progress meetings. The role requires full-time onsite work in commercial or industrial electrical construction environments.

Installs, assembles, measures, cuts, and threads pipes and fittings for industrial construction projects. Reads blueprints and schematics, ensures proper alignment, tests and repairs leaks, troubleshoots issues, maintains safety and organization, documents completed work, and collaborates with construction teams to meet project goals.

Install, weld, and bolt structural steel per blueprints; operate cranes and aerial lifts; fabricate, measure, and cut steel components; inspect for structural integrity and safety compliance; collaborate with welders, fabricators, and engineers; follow safety protocols and complete projects on time.

Lead construction management for multiple plant capital projects: define scope, estimate and control costs, develop schedules, procure materials, supervise contractors, review engineering designs, ensure safety compliance, manage change, and complete project closeout and documentation.

The Project Cost Analyst develops and maintains project budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost reports for industrial capital projects. Responsibilities include tracking expenditures, commitments, accruals, and variances; reviewing invoices and purchase orders; reconciling costs with accounting and procurement teams; supporting estimates, audits, scope changes, and cost-saving initiatives; and reporting financial performance to project leadership.

Develop and maintain integrated schedules for industrial manufacturing, capital improvement, and plant transformation projects. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation, vendor, and contractor activities. Track progress against baselines, analyze critical paths and schedule risks, identify resource constraints, forecast impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare status reports and look-ahead schedules while providing scheduling expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
