Teams at Industry Trade Advisory Committee 1 (ITAC 1)

Provides administrative, project, and document-control support for engineering and construction teams. Responsibilities include maintaining physical and electronic files, coordinating travel and client or vendor visits, formatting proposals and business documents, supporting CRM and project accounting activities, managing project documentation in SharePoint and Procore, assisting with job setup and profitability evaluations, and coordinating departmental initiatives. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supports procurement operations by resolving purchase-to-pay invoice discrepancies, reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receiving records, onboarding and administering vendors and subcontractors, issuing purchase orders, supporting RFP/RFQ activities, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation. The role also assists with reporting, audits, compliance, P2P system support, workflow troubleshooting, training, and process improvement while coordinating with project management, finance, accounts payable, vendors, and subcontractors.

Performs independent electrical engineering design for industrial projects, including layouts, power and lighting plans, grounding, schematics, specifications, calculations, and power system analysis. Designs MCCs, switchgear, and VFD systems; interprets project documentation; resolves technical conflicts; reviews work for quality; and leads designers or junior engineers. Requires a PE license, strong electrical design expertise, software proficiency, and onsite availability.
