Designs and engineers industrial ammonia refrigeration systems for food and beverage processing, cold storage, production, and distribution facilities. Responsibilities include load and equipment calculations, component selection, P&IDs, equipment layouts, construction documentation, site investigations, project coordination, commissioning support, troubleshooting, code compliance, safety reviews, and technical leadership. The role supports projects from concept through completion and provides guidance to project teams, field personnel, customers, and junior engineering staff.

Leads business operations by developing strategies, managing budgets and KPIs, optimizing processes, establishing SOPs, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and improving operational performance. The role leads department managers and cross-functional teams, supports hiring and development, analyzes operational data, and reports results to executive leadership.

Maintains financial records and general ledger accounts; supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, collections, month-end and year-end close activities, tax filings, remittances, audits, reporting, job costing, and project-based accounting.
