Manage industrial refrigeration projects from planning through completion, including scopes, budgets, schedules, resources, risk mitigation, installation, maintenance, repair, commissioning, compliance, invoicing, and client communication. Provide technical expertise on ammonia and CO2 systems, coordinate crews and vendors, maintain project records, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

Coordinates field-service scheduling, dispatch, resources, customer communications, records, and service documentation. Acts as the primary liaison between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams; resolves scheduling conflicts, addresses complaints, provides service updates, and supports compliance. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and proficiency with office, scheduling, and CRM software. Field-service, trades, HVAC/R, electrical, refrigeration, or service-management experience is preferred.

Prepares and revises controls and electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, equipment layouts, construction documents, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Visio. Reads technical specifications and engineering drawings, maintains Bills of Materials and project records, tracks materials, coordinates revisions with project teams, and reviews documentation for accuracy and compliance. The role also supports inventory monitoring, administrative tasks, drafting standardization, and occasional site visits.
