Provides functional and techno-functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 financial modules, including EB Tax, iSupplier, Treasury, and Fixed Assets. Troubleshoots issues, identifies root causes, supports configuration, testing, deployments, period close, reconciliations, and reporting. The role requires technology services sales experience, strong communication, formal sales training, and at least six years of sales, account management, or business development experience.

Analyzes and improves end-to-end supply chain processes and supporting technologies. Partners with stakeholders, developers, suppliers, and project teams to define requirements, redesign processes, manage risks, and deliver automation and data-quality improvements. Manages Windows Server, VMware, VxRail, Meraki, SD-WAN, Intune, and backup platforms; troubleshoots complex issues; remediates vulnerabilities; coordinates vendors and infrastructure projects; maintains documentation, recovery procedures, asset inventories, and compliance standards; and serves as a Tier 2/3 escalation resource and technical leader.

Lead a two-week onsite assessment of a client’s Rippling HRIS environment. Review HR processes, workflows, reporting, user adoption, and system usage; engage HR, business, and leadership stakeholders; identify gaps and optimization opportunities; and deliver practical recommendations, quick wins, and an improvement roadmap. Present findings and guidance to stakeholders while working independently in a short-term consulting engagement.

Supports ERP and business systems across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, improve workflows, resolve system issues, coordinate testing and deployments, support reporting, and provide training. The role requires hands-on ERP knowledge, SQL, system integration awareness, and familiarity with manufacturing processes such as MRP, production planning, inventory, procurement, and order management. Frequent travel to Monett is required.

Develop and customize Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 applications using OAF, PL/SQL, APEX, Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder. Build third-party integrations, Web ADI solutions, and data migration processes. Provide application support, testing, performance tuning, documentation, and user training. Collaborate with functional teams, diagnose issues, communicate technical concepts, and mentor junior developers across Oracle modules including asset management, order management, purchasing, inventory, and install base.

Design and build scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications across backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI layers. Develop generative AI and RAG solutions, write production code, build prototypes and APIs, review code, guide engineering teams, and establish architecture and engineering best practices. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while supporting Azure cloud architecture, NoSQL data models, CI/CD automation, security, reliability, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, BPMs, dashboards, integrations, SSRS reports, and .NET applications. Support Epicor upgrades, patches, migrations, performance, data integrity, security, and tier-2/3 issues. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, document development practices, and collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants across manufacturing, finance, and operations.

Leads full-lifecycle Oracle EBS on-premise module implementation projects from planning and requirements through deployment, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization. Manages scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, communication, organizational challenges, and change management while aligning business users, IT teams, executives, and board-level stakeholders.

Leads enterprise systems infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, including identity, servers, virtualization, endpoints, collaboration services, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, and modernization. Manages and develops infrastructure staff, oversees vendors and support contracts, coordinates incident escalation, supports audits and compliance, and partners with global IT, networking, security, and services teams. Establishes roadmaps for reliability, automation, lifecycle management, and secure system operations.
