Designs AWS infrastructure across compute, Kubernetes, databases, networking, security, IAM, and monitoring. Develops workload disposition strategies, database migration plans, landing zones, and infrastructure automation. Provides technical leadership across application, infrastructure, DevOps, and security workstreams while engaging customer executives and resolving risks and dependencies.

Leads multiple complex, client-facing software development engagements from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities include Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, requirements gathering, sprint and capacity management, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, distributed team leadership, project manager coaching, and support for SOW scoping and estimation. The role requires hands-on delivery leadership within an enterprise IT consulting environment, including Microsoft ecosystem projects and technology integration initiatives.

Designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests, deploys, and supports Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions. The role manages customizations, upgrades, reporting, data integrations, release processes, and business process improvements across manufacturing, distribution, finance, supply chain, engineering, and service operations. It gathers requirements, provides ERP governance, supports modernization initiatives, and serves as the technical and functional Epicor expert.

Develop new business for an IT consulting firm by prospecting target industries, leveraging executive relationships, presenting software and technology services, managing client relationships, building pipelines, writing proposals, supporting account planning, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires technology services sales experience, strong communication, formal sales training, and at least six years of sales, account management, or business development experience.

Build, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize SSRS reports using client data sources. Develop Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models with DAX and Power Query. Leads full-lifecycle Oracle EBS on-premise module implementation projects from planning and requirements through deployment, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization. Manages scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, communication, organizational challenges, and change management while aligning business users, IT teams, executives, and board-level stakeholders.

Leads enterprise systems infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, including identity, servers, virtualization, endpoints, collaboration services, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, and modernization. Manages and develops infrastructure staff, oversees vendors and support contracts, coordinates incident escalation, supports audits and compliance, and partners with global IT, networking, security, and services teams. Establishes roadmaps for reliability, automation, lifecycle management, and secure system operations.
