Lead complex telecommunications and ICT infrastructure projects from estimating and engineering through installation, testing, and handoff. Manage budgets, change orders, procurement, subcontractors, field crews, safety, quality control, client communications, and risk mitigation. Ensure structured cabling, fiber optic, data center, and low-voltage systems comply with BICSI, ANSI/TIA, building codes, and project requirements across commercial, healthcare, and industrial sites.

Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi, Cato Cloud, and VMware environments. Provide Tier 2/3 desktop and end-user support for Windows and macOS, manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, coordinate infrastructure maintenance, document configurations, and support network security, vendors, backups, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production AI solutions including agents, RAG systems, automation workflows, and structured-data assistants. Own architecture, governance, security, cost management, integrations, and ongoing operations. Partner with business leaders to identify and scope valuable use cases, present solutions, manage validation, and support Microsoft Copilot adoption. The role also establishes reusable standards, mentors technical staff, and manages projects from discovery through production.
