Monitors factory social compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, CSR policies, and standards such as SA8000 and ISO 14001. Conducts internal and supplier audits, prepares reports, manages corrective action plans, trains workers and management, oversees grievance systems, and advises leadership on regulatory changes. The role is primarily on-site at a garment factory and includes travel to supplier locations and external audits.

Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, factory administration, employee separations, and employee relations. The role verifies payroll and documentation, coordinates audits and statutory registrations, renews factory licenses and service agreements, supports grievance resolution and disciplinary matters, and ensures timely employee settlements and compliance with labor laws.

Manages end-to-end procurement, including vendor sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, delivery tracking, inventory coordination, supplier performance, compliance, reporting, and cost optimization. Partners with production, quality, merchandising, stores, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability, resolve supply issues, and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and optimizes electrical systems, facility equipment, and production equipment. Performs preventive maintenance, reduces breakdowns, manages electricians, coordinates repairs with production, oversees vendors and inventory, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role also manages energy conservation initiatives for boilers, compressors, solar systems, and lighting, maintains documentation, supports facility layout changes, conducts inspections, and develops team capabilities.

Lead seasonal apparel collection design for export markets, from concepts and fabric sourcing through sampling, finishing, packaging, and showroom presentation. Develop trend-driven collections, present designs to international buyers, manage vendor and supply-chain relationships, coordinate with merchandising and sampling teams, and support business development. Mentor team members, oversee design workflows, and ensure documentation, cost optimization, and timely execution.
